Access activation fees are charged as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely. Access can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or share subscription access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnatopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
